About KaroDesk
KaroDesk helps people who run their own business (freelancers, consultants, independent professionals, agencies and small teams) manage clients, send invoices and run the everyday numbers from one place, instead of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools.
A free account brings your customers, invoices and business details together in a dashboard built for that. The 21 business calculators and both invoice generators need no account at all: one clear job per page, support for GST as well as international currencies and tax rates, and answers that update as you type.
What KaroDesk focuses on
KaroDesk is deliberately not a general-purpose app. Everything on it sits inside a small number of areas: Indian GST and tax, salary and payroll, everyday business and pricing math, invoices and quotations, and the guides that explain the reasoning behind each one. If a tool doesn't fit one of those, it doesn't belong on KaroDesk.
How it works
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser: there is no account, no sign-up, and the numbers you enter are never sent to a server or stored anywhere, which also keeps them fast on a mobile connection. Sign up only when you want to save customers, invoices and business details across sessions and devices.
Accuracy
Formulas follow standard accounting practice and current GST slabs, and results are rounded to two decimals. Even so, tax treatment depends on your specific situation. Please confirm figures with your chartered accountant before filing returns.

Nihar Chopade is the founder of KaroDesk, a platform focused on building practical digital tools and resources for individuals, freelancers and small businesses. He created KaroDesk to make everyday business, tax, finance and calculation tasks simpler and more accessible.
KaroDesk is independently operated, not a large publisher, and it's run as a small, hands-on project rather than a big team, worth saying plainly rather than dressing up.
